Today I give thanks to God for His infinite goodness and for strengthening my faith at every step of this journey. It is He who has given me the strength to believe, to hope, and to see this dream—born from the heart—fulfilled.

Thanks to my parents, the eternal inspiration of my life. This cafe is, and will always be, a tribute to their love, their faith in God, their values, and the example they left me. From the bottom of my heart, many thanks to my siblings for supporting me and believing in me, especially to my daughter Damaris, my nephew Alexander, and my dear brother Martin for their unconditional help these past weeks; to my little grandchildren, to all who were part of this process, to my family, and to my friends who are always there, to my other two children who accompanied me from afar and are always present in my heart.

Today, I also celebrate the life of my mother, who from heaven continues to guide my steps. Happy birthday, dear Mom; I know you are with me in every aroma of coffee, in every achievement, and in every smile that blooms here.
